• How to recover the tax?

• It is the refund from the special tax of hydrocarbons that it has supported.
   
• The amount of the refund will be 0,00814 € per litter.
   
• Maximun of 50.000 liters per year and vehicles of merchandise and passengers transportation.
   
• For Taxi Drivers it will be 5.000 liters per year.

• For Merchandise Transportation Vehicles up to 7.500 Kg of MMA.
   
• For regular or ocasionally passengers transportation vehicles, including the categories M2 or M3 (vehicles destined to passengers transportation with a maximun capacity till eight places seated without counting the drivers place.
   
• For Taxi Drivers

• You must register at the gas oil profesional beneficiary thru internet, (you need to install in your computer an digital certificate). To have the right of discount manage by this law since 01/01/2007 you must registered before the 31/03/2007.
   
• You must have the "PROFESSIONAL GAS OIL SERVISA CARD".
   
• At the end of year should inform the total number of Km run by each vehicle, during the first twenty days of the next year you must inform them. The Km run in the last year, must be registered in the twenty days of the next year thru internet.
   
• In case foreing companies they must have a spanish vat number of a representant in spain. This representant must be REGISTER and it will be responsable of the anual kilometers run report. It is VERY IMPORTANT to inform SERVISA about this vat number to have the right to receive the refund.

• Must be printed the owners name of the vehicle.
   
• Must be printed the license plate number of the vehicle. If you have the CARD WITHOUT THE PLATE NUMBER, you must request new ones with the plate number and the owners name of the vehicle.

• The Tributary Agency will refund you the amount every three months to the bank account given at the register of the Tributary Agency.
