Requesting your card for MOROCCO is very straight-forward, just follow these steps (see Contract ):

1. Fill the following application form.
   
   
2. Print the document that you will get in your screen at the end of it.
   
   
3. Sign and send to Servisa Tarjetas S.A. to the address below.
   
   

Note: The formalization of this application will be subject to the approval of our credit department, that can require a bank guarantee or cash deposit depending on the number of cards and the estimated invoicing.
